I am an experienced Consultant Urological Surgeon with a general adult and paediatric urology practice .
Guy was educated at Marlborough College and Birmingham University Medical School . His surgical training was in the West Midlands , Leeds and a Fellowship in Brisbane , Australia with further specialist training in Paris , Denmark and Belgium .
Guy has been an NHS Consultant for 20 years in London , Oxford and Milton Keynes with a special interest in kidney disorders – stones , cancer , obstruction and masses .
He is fully trained in minimally invasive (laparoscopic and robotic) surgery as well as diagnostic techniques and he works with a team of other urologists as well as radiologists , oncologists , nephrologists , surgeons and nurse practitioners to provide an individual , compassionate efficient and high class service .
Guy has published and lectured and is very involved in training junior surgeons and mentoring other Consultants .
He is an overseas visiting Professor , an advisor to The Royal College of Surgeons and 2 Insurance companies , a cancer board member at HCA Healthcare and hold NHS Cancer and MDT Lead roles .
Guy is married to a radiologist and has 3 children . In any spare time he follows their sporting endeavours and plays tennis and golf.
Other interests – rugby and cricket , skiing , military history , boats , aviation .
I hold offshore skipper and private pilot licences .
